If you’re looking to fax via Internet, then you have come to the right place.

Sending faxes over the Internet is much easier than people think. All you need is an email account, I prefer to use Gmail, and access to the Internet.

Once you have your email account open, then it is time to select some sort of online fact servicing company. On the homepage of this website, you can find links to a few of the different ones.

The word via just means “over” or “through”.

Why do I need a fax via Internet at all?  It’s 2013!

So many of the government or financial institutions out there still use fax on a regular basis. It also helps your company to look bigger and more successful if you have a fax machine. Not to mention the way it looks on your business card.

Think about this… If someone is looking to contact you and they cannot reach you by phone. Wouldn’t it be great if they could send a fax to reach you in case of an emergency?

Once you have your online back servicing company selected, all you have to do is key in a normal email in order to send your fax.

The format that you will use is very similar to an email address.

You enter the fax number follow by the fax companies extension, like this… 4046768989@rcfax.com

Then you add whatever is you want to send as an attachment and click send. That is all there is to it.
